You will:

• Represent Platform Software Lead and work with software developers in different regions to meet the development milestones.

• Manage Development Efforts:Oversee and coordinate software development efforts across diverse engineering teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.

• Vendor and Technical Partner Relationships:Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technical partners to ensure alignment and success.

• End to End ownership:Support to lead and drive developers for software bundles release in time for development in meeting customer need.

• Platform Software Development:Contribute to the development and implementation of Software development strategies for AI Server systems

• Defects Analysis:Familiarization in Platform Software Ecosystem and leading the defects triage, root cause direction.

Essential Requirements

• Strong Software background in development engineering of compute, storage, and networking architectures, with proven experience in the design of solution-level AI enterprise data center systems.

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire multi-disciplined engineering workgroups to achieve outstanding results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Expertise in technical issue presentation skills, triage and root causing.

• Strong software component development cycles to drive strategic initiatives and project success.Strong ability to influence others to achieve results and drive project success.

Desirable Requirements

• 12 to 15 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8+ years with a master’s degree.
