Gong Digital Marketing Manager

This role is based from our Dublin office and requires being on-site 3 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, focused on pipeline generation and conversion velocity.
  • Analyze performance across the funnel—tracking ROAS, pipeline contribution, and sales-stage conversion trends to inform spend and strategy.
  • Use tools like Demandbase, 6sense, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to target high-priority accounts with precision.
  • Launch and iterate on full-funnel campaigns aligned to segment goals (brand, demand, expansion).
  • Collaborate with ABM, Content, Creative, and Sales to ensure message-market fit for custom audiences.
  • Identify and operationalize test-and-learn opportunities; contribute insights to campaign recaps and readouts.
  • Stay current on platform innovations and emerging trends to fuel scalable, high-performing programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6–10 years of B2B digital marketing experience, with a strong focus on paid social execution and optimization.
  • Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and audience tools like Demandbase and 6sense.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable results across awareness, demand, and in-funnel acceleration.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tying campaign performance to business outcomes.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with content, creative, and sales teams.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
