Description
Assistance with supply chain design, schedule, quality, availability, and order cycle time goalsSupport engineering build, plan/manage engineering build, and mass production transition.Develop data analysis, visualization & modeling tools to support set updated reporting system, L&L, and EQ management database for intelligence data management & searching.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Data Science. MBA preferred.
- Excellent program management and communication skills.
- New Product Introduction / Supply Chain Management / Manufacturing Operations / Development or Operations Engineering / Project Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrate leadership to facilitate decision and progress even with ambiguity and unclarity by addressing impact, risk, and proposal Insight to converge understanding of product/process risk to critical path and translate into actionable plan then persistently carry it out.
- Outstanding ability to build relationships; clear, logical, and consistent communication; data-driven and action-oriented; good technology/product/process understanding, enthusiastic and motivated; and detail-oriented while supporting several work-streams knowledge of automation management as a plus.
- Ability to succeed in a matrixed environment.
