Responsibilities:
Typically supporting 1 or 2 global accounts, your missions will be the following:
- Maintains high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity in relationships with clients;
- Identifying/confirming customer success criteria – update customer success plan, expansion needs and identify key influencers and decision makers;
- Manage the customer contract on daily basis, ensuring all services activities delivered are under control;
- Detect business upsell opportunities (for HP strategic offering). Work in collaboration with other sales function to win those opportunities;
- Work on contract renewalSupports quarterly account review with customer stakeholders to report the major KPIs and work on improvement;
- Accountable for P&L management, remediation, forecasting revenue, cost, growth.
- Responsible for supporting pre-sales, drive adoption, increase utilization.
- P&L Management, supports renewals.
Who you are?
- Master's degree student in International Business or Finance.
- Typically 0-2 years experience
- Understands market intelligence regarding competitors, products, and offerings.
- Works as a member of a team in providing support and giving input regarding account opportunities.
- Negotiation skills and ability to frame the value proposition for the customer.
- Product demonstration, customer training, and product installation skills.
