The primary purpose of this position is to implement, customize and maintain Atlassian Jira Service Desk with the responsibility of:
- Understand and follow process/guidelines in performing maintenance operations
- Monitor ticketing systems for task assignments and provide on-time feedback/updates.
- Effectively communicate all issues/challenges
- Perform day-to-day site management operations (including, but not limited to: create site and setup site according to templates, security group creation, maintaining security group membership,create/setup/configurelist/library/pages and any other site content components)
- Perform necessary development based on Work-Breakdown
- Perform site transition or migration tasks as defined in requests
- Assist in gathering information and perform site usage analysis to support audit/reviews
- Lead, coach and support the team members in operation and development.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Atlassian Products such as Agile Jira, Jira ServiceDesk, Web reporting and/or analytics
- 2 - 3years of client-side programming
- 1+ years of Leadership Experience
- 5+ years of Production Support Experience and Consultation
Desired Qualifications
- Must possess an in depth understanding and hands on capabilities Atlassian Jira ServiceDesk Development and support
- Atlassian Jira ServiceDesk administrative tasks, design and upgrade for the future Atlassian Jira ServiceDesk capabilities, as well as being accustomed to working in a team environment in a large structured environment
- Experience with ReactJS or AngularJS is a plus
- Strong experience in JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, CSS, XML, and XSL etc. to write customized solutions
- Strong technical writing skills, strong oral communication skills, the ability to work well under direction and with others
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
- BS in computer science or equivalent experience
Other Desired Qualifications
- Experience with project management, business analytics and agile methodology.
- Experience in SharePoint PowerApp and Power Automate development.
