Project Planning and Execution: Lead/share responsibility in the planning, design, and execution of brownfield projects, including scope development, cost estimation, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as operations, maintenance, and safety teams, to understand project requirements, priorities, and constraints, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
External Vendor Management: Take part in selecting and coordinating external contractors, vendors, and suppliers involved in brownfield projects, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, quality standards, and safety protocols
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all brownfield projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements, codes, standards, and permits, and coordinate with regulatory agencies as necessary
Risk Management: Support in identifying potential risks and challenges associated with brownfield projects, develop mitigation strategies, and implement measures to minimize project disruptions and ensure safety and environmental protection
Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, performance, and expenditures, and provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders, highlighting milestones, issues, and recommendations for improvement
Continuous Improvement: Be the Co-Driver in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize brownfield project delivery processes, enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and promote innovation and best practices
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Promote HSE principles and practices throughout all phases of brownfield projects, ensuring compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulations, and fostering a culture of safety awareness and accountability
What You’ll Bring
Fluency in English, Basic German language skills preferred
Currently enrolled in a relevant engineering discipline such as civil or industrial engineering
Capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Very good presentation and analytical skills with MS Office Package
