As a Reverse Logistics Business Analyst you will be responsible for developing metrics and dashboards to support multiple initiatives within our global network focused on sustainability and recovery. The role will be focused on supporting Finance, Accounting and Sustainability partners thru analysis and dashboard creation. Dashboard creation will support daily operations, track KPIs, and provide holistic performance measurements to be shared with internal and external stakeholders. The role plays a critical part in ensuring strategic commitments are made and operations are exceeding desired performance levels by using metrics to drive accountability and process improvements. To achieve this you will need to partner with the multiple project leads to align on business needs in order to continuously optimize our end-to-end supply chain.Key job responsibilities
Working on a diverse project portfolio supporting Sustainability, Finance and Accounting recovery initiatives and strategy.Coordination of global analytic roll-ups in support of project work and reporting as needed.Create new reporting & analytic opportunities by analyzing and understanding key processes.

- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2+ years experience with SQL
- 2+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
- 2+ years experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools

- Experience with Data Visualization Tools and metric creation
- Experience using inventory management systems Warehousing, supply chain, inventory management, finance, vendor and/or project management experience
- Professional experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience creating and setting annual operating plan and presenting to senior management
