- 5+ years of security, compliance and risk management experience
- 3+ years of regulatory and risk management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- 3+ years experience advising customers on architectures meeting financial or NIST-based industry standards such as PCI, ISO27001, CRI, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, NIST 800-171, and CMMC.
- 3+ years experience assessing the security posture and producing evidence of control effectiveness in cloud environments

As a Database Solutions Architect (SA) you will design complete solution architectures based on AWS database services. The Database Specialist SA will collaborate with our customers and partners on key engagements. You will engage with Database Specialists Sellers and other stakeholders supporting sales activities such as customer discovery, ideating, white board solutioning, presenting, educating, leading technical deep dives, and other technical sales support activities for an assigned US division and territory. You will develop and deliver proof-of-concept projects, technical workshops, and support implementation projects in order to develop or migrate Applications from on-premise databases like Oracle/SQL Server to AWS eg. AWS RDS, Aurora-PostgreSQL/MySQL or other Open Source platforms.You will focus on customer solutions such as OLTP/OLAP environments, designing and deploying future state data services and building and/or designing reference configurations to enable our customers and influence AWS RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB and other NoSQL databases adoption.Key job responsibilities

- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
