About the Role:

  • You will lead a team of analysts in the proactive development of reporting on key metrics, actionable insights,testing plans, and optimization recommendations.
  • You willcollaborate with theVP Marketing Planning & Analytics to drive the Annual Operating Plan inpartnership with the extended Marketing org as well as Finance, ECommerce, and Product
  • You will develop insights and recommendations to Marketing on investment allocations tooptimizemarketing programs andcampaigns
  • You will help grow the sophistication of the team’s analyseswith LTV models, LTV/CAC analysis, ROAS optimization, media mix modelingand Multi-touchAttribution
  • You will develop prioritized test & learn roadmaps, recommendtestingapproaches, and methodologies, and ensure that we are deliveringrobustresults with meaningfulinterpretations
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally to align KPIs and metrics definitions across the

About You:

  • You have 8+ years working in consumer marketing analytics and test & learn design with at least 5 years in a management role and experience managing/developing a team of analysts
  • Strong experimentation background (A/B, multi-variate and bandit tests etc) across both test design and readout (e.g. causal inference)
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Hands-on individual contributor who can read and write SQL, Python and/or R
  • Experience with a big data environment / IDE, such as Databricks and/or Snowflake
  • Persuasive verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations that help grow the business
  • Experience with interpreting and understanding MMM and/or MTA solutions
  • Experience with marketing data architectures, such as CDPs (customer data platforms), digital log files (e.g. Adobe Analytics), and stimulus data (e.g. Google Campaign 360, aggregated agency data)
  • Work well with partners at all levels while advancing a strong point of view on data interpretation and effective test & learn strategies

The starting pay range for this position is $149,610.00-$245,790.00. McAfee takes into consideration an individual’s skillset, experience and location in making final salary determinations. For further details, please discuss with the Talent Acquisition Partner.
