You’ll work closely with Executive Leaders across Europe and in Tokyo, making sure meetings happen when they need to, plans move forward, and nothing slips through the cracks.

From high-level decision-making to hands-on support during important events and visits, you’ll be the go-to person your executive relies on. If you love staying organized, working with people from all over the world, and being part of something big — this is the role for you.

You will:

  • Collaborate with the other Executive PAs of each Pan-European country, the PAs responsible for HQ functions in the European headquarters, and the Executive PAs in the Tokyo headquarters to schedule and coordinate regular and emergency high level & important meetings.
  • Manage the daily schedule of your Executive and support business decision-making and execution through smooth communication with the leadership team.
  • Be responsible for managing critical business events, coordinate schedules with the President's Office and other related departments and participate as a logistics management team member.
  • Plan and manage complex travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and on-the-ground support.
  • Coordinate schedules for visits by internal executives from Pan-Europe and or the Tokyo headquarters, as well as visits by VIP guests from outside the company, and prepare for important guest visits (obtain & equip meeting rooms, prepare the agenda & ensure catering)
  • Support the executive in setting up technical environments in cooperation with the internal IT department and other specialized functions

You will bring:

  • Fluent Japanese & English language skills are critical
  • Demonstrable experience working as a PA or Executive PA
  • The ability to be flexible with working days in the office that align with your Executive
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability & confidence to communicate with Senior Leadership

Your new office

Based at the Weybridge office, you will enjoy a vibrant and friendly working environment. We have an onsite canteen with a wide range of options available, and a barista style coffee shop. There is a well-provisioned onsite gym run by our own Sony Wellbeing Coordinator, with classes on set days in the mornings, at lunch and after work hours. We have a staff car park which includes electric charging points, an undercover and secure bike rack (useful if you’ve made the most of the Cycle-to-Work scheme), or if you will use public transport, we have a shuttle bus service that regularly runs between train station and the office at peak times.

We currently require our Weybridge based employees to
work on site a minimum 3-days per full working week& with this role, we do require the individual to be flexible on the days they work in the office & remotely.
