As an Apprentice Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will participate in different missions:

– Writing our ads and publishing them on our career site and our partner sites
– Screening CVs and occasionally making initial telephone contact with candidates
– Monitoring the various stages of the recruitment process for our candidates
– Sending recruitment proposals to our candidates
– Drafting of employment contracts for our future employees as well as the completion of legal declarations related to these hirings
– Preparing the integration (various access requests, collecting personal documents, sending welcome emails)

Other tasks related to recruitment may be entrusted to you as your skills increase. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.

You are autonomous while enjoying working in a team and you are a source of ideas. Finally, you are dynamic, a good listener and above all rigorous in order to respect the IBM internal recruitment process.
