As a Technology Support I
Job responsibilities :
- Supports BAU operations for Markets businesses like FX, Rates, Credit and SPG, ensuring smooth functionality and addressing any issues that arise.
- You will Debugs code and fix production scenarios to maintain operational stability and performance.
- Provides Level 3 (L3) support for production systems, addressing complex issues and ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance production support processes and improve system performance.
- Provides cloud operations support for AWS services including Redshift, S3, Glue, Lambda, Aurora, and Kinesis, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of cloud-based solutions.
- Participates in the implementation of CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and improve software delivery efficiency.
- Monitors system performance and reliability, utilizing tools for logging, monitoring, and alerting to proactively address issues.
- Engages in infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using Terraform to manage and provision cloud resources efficiently.
- Collaborates with development and operations teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and DevOps best practices
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
- Experience with Terraform, Jenkins for automation and Knowledge of AWS Data Source
- Candidate will be expected to understand the Markets Business and work on flagship product Athena and its Ecosystem gaining expertise to various in-house Athena core frameworks.
- Exposure to Test driven development preferred.
- Previous experience in supporting BAU operations for Markets businesses.
- Proficiency in debugging and fixing production scenarios to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Experience in providing Level 3 (L3) support for production systems, with a focus on resolving complex technical issues.
