Job Description

The primary purpose is working closely with sales team members to help manage the technical engagement that support sales campaigns. Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Is developing product knowledge for a single product and has basic technical skills to support the product. Typically interacts with lower-level employees at customer sites and assists with the assigned account.
