Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Application Developers to provide Operational Support for Global Fund Services businesses
Work as a bridge between application development teams and infrastructure support teams, to drive platform stability
Active engagement with development and partner support teams to drive a culture of efficiency and operational excellence.
Respond to technology events and incidents in a swift and effective manner to maximize service availability
Full staff management for global team
Key Relationships:
Global / Regional production management team managers and team members
Global / Regional development leads and their team members
Citi’s technology /Infrastructure teams i.e. server/ hardware support, networks, storage, messaging etc.
Serves as a strategic partner with other businesses and strives to facilitate their success.
Accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary area.
Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function.
Excellent communication skills required in order to guide, negotiate and influence, often at a senior level.
Closely follows trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business.
Typically, a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise.
Participates in or leads innovative solutions and cost savings opportunities; builds strong effective relationships with clients; facilitates and enables change.

Qualifications:
A proven track record of delivering operational support or software development in global financial sector.
Relevant experience post-Graduation in an Apps Support role, with commensurate experience in people management.
Experience of senior stakeholder management
Project management with demonstrable results in improving IT services
Capacity Planning/Forecasting exposure a plus
Effectively share information with other support team members and with other technology teams
Ability to plan and organize workload
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
