As a Sales Science Reporting - Data Visualization Senior Associate in our Chase Sales Science team, you will have the opportunity to support our executives in the Consumer Bank by analyzing and optimizing sales and marketing programs. We provide expertise in data science & analytics to optimize sales performance across the firm. You will leverage industry-leading tools, processes, and skills to convert data into meaningful insights that promote value and an excellent customer experience. We are looking for a charismatic data storyteller and creative thinker like you, who can detect patterns and make intelligent data-promoten decisions to solve problems.
Job responsibilities
- End to end preparation of data and development of dashboards using SQL, Snowflake, Amazon AWS, Alteryx and Tableau
- Work with engineers and data scientists to turn insights into self-service dashboards or data products
- Ad-hoc speed-to-market analytics
- Evangelize the insights through storytelling by creating easy-to-consume media that inspires into action anyone from senior execs to fellow analysts
- Collaborate cross-functionally collaboration, and delivering a great user experience
- Managing project plans, timelines and milestones
- Drive automation of new and existing processes
- Formal training or experience in Data Visualization concepts and 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience in data management projects, related to customer (CRM), Sales, marketing or the financial services domain
- Experience in developing advanced data visualization in Tableau
- Knowledge of ETL and data wrangling tools/language such as Alteryx, R, or Python
- Knowledge of modern MPP databases (Greenplum, Teradata etc.) and Cloud (AWS, Snowflake) concepts
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimum supervision and drive results in a dynamic and fast evolving environment
- Proven ability to gather and analyze complex data and to develop accurate conclusions
- Tableau experience
- SQL experience
- AWS / Snowflake Experience
- Experience in Alteryx and/or Salesforce
- Knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques, their advantages, disadvantages and areas of application using Python/R
