Key job responsibilities
• 限られたガイダンスの下で、ビジネスインテリジェンスチームを管理する必要があります。メンバーのパフォーマンスを評価及び管理し、従業員の懸念事項に対して効果的な措置を講じます。また、チームメンバーの育成と昇進を図ることができます。
• チームの優先順位を設定し、顧客やステークホルダーと効果的に連携する必要があります。ロードマップを確立し、ビジネスニーズを満たすBIソリューションを提供します。
• エンジニアリング上の基準(正確性、効率性など)や運用上の基準(品質、一貫性、信頼性など)を確立するためのメカニズムを構築します。
• チームの進捗状況、データ/ソリューションの品質、エンジニアリング/運用の状況を測定する指標を定義します。
• 複雑な課題に対するBIソリューションを提供する必要があり、アーキテクチャレベルから設計し、必要に応じて他のエンジニアリングチームと協力して行います。
• 戦略的に考え、トレードオフを行う必要があります。あなたの決定は、組織のBIインフラストラクチャ(リソースやコストを含む)に影響を与えます。
• アイデアを効果的に伝える必要があり、あらゆるタイプのステークホルダーに対して口頭および文章で伝えることが出来ます。戦略的な文書を作成することが出来ます。• The role requires to manage a Business Intelligence team with limited guidance. You are able to assess and manage performance. You take effective action addressing employee concerns. You are able to develop, and promote team members.
• The role requires to set team priorities, partnering effectively with customers and stakeholders. You establish a roadmap and successfully deliver BI solutions that meet the business needs.
• The role requires to build mechanisms and standards for ensuring engineering excellence (e.g. correctness and efficiency) and operational excellence (e.g. quality, consistency, and reliability).
• The role requires to define metrics to measure your team’s progress, data/solution quality, and engineering/operational excellence.
• The role requires to deliver BI solutions for complex problems, often at the architectural level and often in conjunction with other engineering teams

- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
