Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically design and direct the implementation of advanced automation initiatives, leveraging GenAI to refine IT operational processes and introduce intelligent, self-optimizing systems.
- Lead the adoption and integration of AIOPS frameworks, utilizing GenAI to enhance system diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and operational analytics.

Qualifications:
- Up to 15 years of extensive experience in IT, with a concentrated expertise in automation, AIOPS, and the strategic deployment of GenAI technologies.
- A history of successful project management, showcasing the ability to oversee complex automation initiatives that integrate GenAI for enhanced IT operations.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a talent for nurturing teams towards achieving excellence in a technologically advanced and dynamic environment.
