What You'll Do:
- Analyze Data - Identify trends and build meaningful recommendations
- Generate Insights - Based on the analysis, research, customer needs, feedback, and comments from our teams
- Build Reports - To help the business make better, faster decisions and identify opportunities
- Observe and Reflect - As a critical problem solver, observe and understand current operations, processes, and trends. Ask the right questions, and call out the risks and opportunities
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years' of professional work experience
- Proficient in SQL, Excel and/or Google sheets, and analytical methods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in data science, business or marketing analytics
- Proficient in Python, Tableau, statistical and programming languages
- Professional work experience in financial or operational forecasting, consumer pricing, revenue management, or marketing analytics
- Critical and structured thinking, with a natural curiosity and confidence to seek out answers, and propose solutions where there may not yet be an answer
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting data & insights to a diverse audience
- Strong project management skills, comfortable working independently at times
- Self-motivated, solutions-orientated, with a bias for action
- Strong organization and time management skills
- An interest in the future of on-demand logistics
- Entrepreneurial mentality as a builder or fixer of businesses or processes
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$108,000 per year - USD$120,000 per year.
