This role will own the strategic direction, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives while building brand equity. The role requires a strong command of digital marketing, analytics, content strategy, and customer engagement best practices. It also requires close collaboration with modality CMOs, regional marketing teams, care pathway leaders, and the central marketing function to build a harmonized marketing and communication strategy for the Imaging portfolio. Success in this role demands expertise in digital and experience marketing, portfolio storytelling, and the ability to integrate clinical, technical, and brand narratives into compelling, measurable, enterprise-level outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Lead the development of the overall portfolio and integrated marketing strategy across modalities, services, and digital solutions, ensuring cohesive positioning and messaging.
  • Define and execute digital marketing strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align marketing priorities with business objectives, shaping the global portfolio marketing agenda.
  • Storytelling & Brand Building
  • Act as the integrator of narratives, translating complex clinical and technical concepts into clear, differentiated, and compelling customer stories.
  • Build experiences (digital and in-person) that elevate customer engagement, brand perception, and preference.
  • Drive content strategy and oversee the development of thought leadership assets, customer case studies, videos, and digital-first storytelling formats.
  • Digital Marketing, Analytics, Integrated Campaigns
  • Own the digital marketing ecosystem, establish and track KPIs across campaigns, channels, and platforms, using data and insights to optimize performance and ensure measurable ROI.
  • Leverage marketing automation and analytics platforms to deliver personalized experiences at scale and improve lead nurturing effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all customer touchpoints, from awareness through conversion.
  • Drive demand generation and lead nurturing strategies in collaboration with sales and product marketing teams.
  • Innovation & Customer Experience
  • Champion customer-centric marketing approaches that deliver engaging, personalized, and interactive experiences.
  • Drive adoption of marketing best practices, toolkits, and playbooks across the Imaging portfolio.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with sales, product, creative, communications, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and execution.
  • Act as a bridge between global and regional teams, enabling campaign adaptation and execution at the local level.
  • Coordinate with analytics and commercial teams to measure marketing effectiveness, track funnel performance, and inform future strategies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, with depth in digital, analytics, and experience design.
  • A proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that connect technical, clinical, and commercial domains.
  • Strong portfolio marketing experience: able to unify multiple offerings into a single, compelling enterprise story.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills: clear, empathetic, and adaptable across diverse audiences.
  • Strategic and analytical: able to craft strategy while staying grounded in data and measurable outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
