- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in programmatic advertising, in a consultative sales, digital media sales, or business development role, including experience with up-selling, engaged selling, and video consolidation strategies.
- Ability to communicate in Turkish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in engaged selling with the ability to successfully position solutions against performers.
- Experience building and nurturing long-term partnerships with customers and agencies, providing consultative expertise on programmatic and MarTech/AdTech solutions.
- Experience with DV360, including working platform knowledge, to drive exceptional campaign performance and boost investment.
- Ability to lead strategic sales initiatives, navigate client tests, and drive the adoption of programmatic solutions at the executive level.
