- Experience in product design and well-balanced across a range of design expertise.
- Experience in leading and managing UX Design teams, with demonstrable impact on software product development processes and outcomes.
- Experience working collaboratively in a technical environment with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders such as Marketing and Go-to-Market teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in fast-growing consumer tech companies.
- Experience leading design programs that enable and drive community engagement and participation.
- Experience leading and managing cross disciplinary UX teams, like research, content/writing, etc.
- Experience working across organizational and functional boundaries to prioritize opportunities and mitigate constraints.
- Excellent product design portfolio, demonstrating clear insights, problem solving, and simple solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to frame problems, articulate positions, weigh alternatives, propose solutions, and influence decisions.
