Your key responsibilities
Managing the end-to-end HR operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as local labor laws
Maintaining and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making
Skills and attributes for success
Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s Degree,
1+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in MS Office programs including advanced Excel skills,
English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication,
Positive and team player personality,
Have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
