About the Role
You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining high-impact enablement content—including sales guides, interactive training, and onboarding materials—and implementing tools and processes that ensure content accessibility and performance tracking.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement scalable learning initiatives and programs (e.g. onboarding, upskilling) for sales and customer-facing teams
 - Write clear, concise guides and training content that align with sales strategy and best practices
 - Create interactive e-learning experiences using tools like Rise or similar
 - Manage the content repository (CMS/LMS), ensuring materials are accurate, organized, and up-to-date
 - Monitor content usage and engagement to iterate and improve based on data-driven insights
 - Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical knowledge into digestible learning assets
 - Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to support ongoing enablement efforts
 - Track enablement KPIs and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement
 
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Enablement, L&D, or content management roles
 - Experience managing and implementing a CMS or LMS
 - Proven ability to create engaging e-learning modules and interactive training materials
 - Strong English writing and editing skills
 - High attention to detail, independence and ability to manage your priorities
 - Data-driven mindset with a focus on content effectiveness and learner impact
 - Strong collaboration and communication skills
 - Plus: Experience with Enablement tools (LMS/CSM) and sales tools like Salesforce (SFDC), Gong/Chorus, Outreach, and similar
