What you'll do
The working student will support the LSESS Team in day to day business, primarily assisting in:
- answering and forwarding questions from our partners and customers about their certifications via ESM and first level support in certification matters
- issuing and checking digital badges on Credly
- updating SAP’s current certification list
- assisting with ad hoc requests, such as project support, creating documentation on processes etc.
What you bring
- Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Computer skills: Professional user of MS Office (Power Point, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Language skills: English and German fluent
- Soft skills: Team player, Social Competency, Trustworthiness (sensitive data)
- Others: Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to work in teams of multicultural nature
