Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence or a military role or equivalent private sector experience.
Experience working in a Security Operations Center.
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced people management and leadership skills, with proven experience leading multi disciplinary teams in a complex international environment.
Experience managing remote teams.
Global operational experience in multiple countries and cultures.
Deep knowledge and experience with security technologies including CCTV, Access Control, and Incident Management Systems.
Proven track record in managing security operations and security personnel and delivering high quality, customer-oriented security programs.
Ability to lead projects by navigating priorities, measurable objectives, dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, implementation and subsequent monitoring.
