Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management or a related domain.
- Experience in hardware based new Product introduction experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in leading large programs with teams of different disciplines to deliver programs in a timely manner with quality.
- Experience in software and hardware engineering, launching data center products.
- Effective project/program management skills, leading and implementing high-impact projects with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in executive level communication and engagement with director level and executives.
