Job Description:

As aMachine Learning Scientist,you will focus on delivering advanced AI solutions and services, to generate significant business impact across multiple domains.The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers and fellow ML scientists. This position demands a deep technical expertise to explore the frontiers of machine learning and develop cutting-edge solutions.

Your day to day

As a Machine Learning Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Develop innovative ML models, algorithms, and engineering approaches with high impact to our business.

• Build large scale (all PayPal transaction or logins!) end-to-end data products in close collaboration with our engineering partners

• Transform large amounts of complex data into business insights and solutions by using the latest technology in AI/ML

• Initiate next-gen AI projects that would push our tech-stack boundaries

What do you need to bring

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in AI/ML and Data Science or PhD with 1 year of experience.

• Masters degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, etc.)

• Code writing capabilities in any programming language (preferably Python) and familiarity with relevant ML packages

• Experience in designing ML pipelines, including model versioning, model deployment, model testing, and monitoring

• Demonstrated proficiency in designing, training, and deploying deep neural networks using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

• Proven ability to leverage advanced deep learning techniques for applications in computer vision, natural language processing, and/or other relevant domains.

• GCP and big data experience – an advantage

• Experience in a multi-culture and multi-location organizations – an advantage

• Team player, responsible, delivery-oriented, details-oriented

• Outstanding communication skills

• Excellent spoken and written English
