Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations as assigned; exhibit ownership in managing extremely active calendars of appointments
- Effectively manage internal related activities such as meetings and communications with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Communicate with management and resolve conflict through broad decision making
- Communicate professionally with internal individuals at all levels of the organization verbally and through high quality, concise emails
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners such as other BSA’s globally while creating a collaborative environment
- Update/edit Excel or PowerPoint presentations, as requested
- Assist with internal ad hoc projects, as requested. Ensure time away is managed proactively and backup support is secured. Provide backup support for executives, working closely with executives’ assistants to ensure seamless coverage

- Ability to lead and influence without having positional authority
- Strong team-orientation, interpersonal skills, and proven ability to develop strong internal client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, calm, and effective under pressure; highly collaborative and team oriented
- Able to function in a fast-paced environment; can adeptly handle ambiguity
- Forward thinking and demonstrates confidentiality and strong judgment in all types of situations; strong time management and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Minimum 3 years executive level administrative experience in a client-facing role from a multinational firm recommended
