Skills and attributes for success
10+ years of experience in analysis and research specifically related to Infrastructure development, construction, or related fields such as transportation, energy, or real estate financing & investments.
In-depth understanding of key concepts related to infrastructure project development and construction, such as the infrastructure project lifecycle, decarbonization strategies, multilateral infrastructure finance, project delivery methods, and public-private partnerships (P3s).
An understanding of the “big picture” and intersections with other sectors including Energy, Financial Services, Private Equity, Telecoms.
Strong communication and networking skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior clients and engage with other stakeholders.
Deep project management skills, including the ability to scope and deliver a project from ideation through to activation.
