Minimum qualifications:

- 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, production management, supply chain leadership, or program or project management.
- 5 years of experience managing people.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on mentorship and coaching.
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and performance reporting across multiple teams.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor supply chain dynamics, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills at the organizational level.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
