What You’ll Do
As a Body Shop Maintenance Technician (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the smooth running of all maintenance work, as well as ensuring the sustainable production of the Tesla Model Y will be your everyday responsibility.
What You’ll Bring - You eliminate simple errors and malfunctions mainly on our complex production machines
- You carry out repair, maintenance, servicing and conversion work on all production machines according to specifications and also participate in preventive maintenance measures
- You ensure comprehensive documentation of all maintenance, conversion and servicing work
- You perform your work in compliance with all guidelines, safety and accident prevention regulations, including the consistent wearing of personal protective equipment
- You have completed vocational training as an electronics technician or industrial mechanic, maintenance mechanic, locksmith or have a comparable qualification
- You have first work experience in the field of maintenance of production machines
- You have relevant experience in production / manufacturing, ideally in the automotive industry
- You know what's important in the automotive industry and can organize multiple tasks with equally high priorities, as well as set and achieve goals
- You bring a hands-on mentality as well as a willingness to work shifts
- You get excited about new trends in production and come up with creative solutions to improve processes and problems
- You communicate at the same level with your team and have an empathy, with which you can positively influence the work performance of each team member (m/f/d)
- You speak and understand German and additional English is desirable
