The Transformation Program Manager will serve as the overall Program Lead for large-scale Technology Transformation programs. This strategic role requires an experienced leader who can effectively manage complex projects, ensure meticulous tracking of all program elements, and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive Program Plans and Timelines, incorporating risk assessments and client landscape considerations.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and establish mechanisms for detailed tracking and resolution.
• Establish and maintain a robust project governance framework.
• Escalate issues to secure the necessary focus and attention, driving items to closure and ensuring accountability.
• Balance high-level program governance with the ability to deep dive into critical items to find resolutions.
• Manage project schedules, track progress, ensure the delivery of project deliverables, and report to clients, often at the Steering Committee level.
• Oversee project team resourcing, including the management of subcontracts if applicable.
• Manage project financials, including budget, margins, and subcontractor arrangements.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 15+ years of experience in IT Consultancy, with at least 10 years leading large IT Transformation programs.
• Proven track record as a Program Lead for significant Technology Transformation programs, preferably involving diverse technology/solution stacks and integrated landscapes.
• Experience in driving Digital and/or Cloud transformations is essential.
• Deep knowledge of at least one of the following industries: Telecom, Energy & Utilities, or Public Sector.
