Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery of complex projects to required quality, schedule, and budget
• Manage contractual requirements to ensure minimised exposure and control timely responses and escalation
• Direct day to day operations of the project team
• Manage effective communications with stakeholders and develop trust with the customers and key stakeholders
• Lead all contractual claims and manage together with the Contract Manager/Quantity Surveyor
• Manage subcontractors and supply requirements
• Deliver to financial objectives, including forecasting and control billing cost by ensuring project team maintains estimated actual cost at completion
• Implement risk management programs and ensure proactive risk mitigation strategies are delivered and communicated
• Ensure adherence to the highest standards of Health and Safety requirements by Honeywell and our clients

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline such as Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Information Technology science.
• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management is preferred
• Over 10 years proven experience in project management including financial management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting and planning
• Proven experience involving multiple discipline such as BMS, electronic Security, Mechanical. Experience working in integrated hospital is desirable
• Proven ability to develop and lead multiple teams
• Capacity to deliver against multiple objectives with commercial/contractual and financial acumen
• Ability to work under pressure.
• A strong commitment to safety and safe working environment
• Ability to identify technical solutions to customer needs.
