Role and Responsibilities
As a "Technical Lead", you will be Technical Leading Pre-silicon Core Level Power Management Verification team. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Lead a team of design verification engineers focused on CPU power management features.
- Collaborate closely with architecture, design, and validation teams to ensure alignment on power management requirements and objectives.
- Oversee the development and execution of verification plans, test cases, and benchmarks to validate power management functionalities.
- Analyze verification outcomes and report on progress, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Drive initiatives for automation of verification processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in CPU design and power management.
- Deploys and manages leading silicon design verification processes, procedures, verification tools, and technologies based on latest bes tindustry practices.
- Works with design, microarchitecture, and post-silicon validation teams to identify design bugs and improve overall microarchitecture
- Collaborates with program leaders on the verification delivery and regression metrics against milestone requirements
- Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results
- Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.
- Plans, provides resources and drive activities in engineering function to meet schedules, standards, and cost.

- Provides guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues.
QualificationsQualifications
- You must possess a Master’s Degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering with at least 9 or more years of experience in related field or a Bachelors Degree with at least 11 years of experience.
- Experience in Processor verification Experience is plus
- System hardware and software debug skills. Understanding of software and/or hardware validation techniques
- Solid understanding of system and processor architecture, and the interaction of computer hardware with software.
- Candidate should demonstrate excellent Self-motivation, communication, strong problem solving and teamwork skills.
- Set aggressive goals and meet/beat the commitments. Flexible enough to work in a dynamic environment and multitask seamlessly. Display ability to network and influence locally as well as across geographies.
- Proven expertise in CPU power management concepts and techniques, including power gating, dynamic voltage and frequency scaling (DVFS), and energy efficiency metrics.
- Strong understanding of RTL design and verification tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in agile development methodologies is preferred.
