What you will do…
- Support the team in making data driven product decisions; includes research for analysis activities, documentation procedures, and understanding modern industry practices and emerging trends
- Conduct activities for product/feature analytics with an understanding of simple trends and insights – to include monitoring, collecting, and structuring data and evaluating results and supporting the identification and application of tools and techniques
- Understand customer and business problems and interpreting dependencies and impacts on product processes and ways of working
- Build and maintain consistent relationships with customers and proactively identify customer needs through creation of scalable processes and demonstration of deep understanding of customer needs while decision making
- Develop and own roadmaps across a complex product, ensuring and driving communication for internal and external stakeholders
- Influencing partners to secure resources and alignment while establishing roadmap expectations, performance measures, and goals and managing rollout and scaling *using an MVP approach)
- Own a complex customer problem and/or product requirement/need, as well as upstream and downstre3am impacts
- Communicate in stakeholder meetings involving multiple teams, conveying complex information, and addressing ambiguity for robust technology development
- Drive business and user acceptance testing for complex products and manage the adoption of new and emerging technologies
- Demonstrate awareness of various principles, ways of working, and subdomain specific terminologies across multiple subdomains within a domain
- Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects
