Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily data transformation operations across multiple platforms and technologies.
- Manage and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement and refine operational strategies.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities and technical proficiency.
- Provide expert-level guidance in programming, data engineering best practices, and technical problem-solving.
Knowledge and Experience
- 12+ years of experience in data engineering, including at least 12+ years in a leadership or project management role.
- Proven expertise in data transformation and ETL processes.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages and tools such as .Net, C#, Python, SQL, SSIS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
