WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Learn how to turn data into meaningful insights and intelligence that drive business success.

• Assist in creating analytics requirements to make data report-ready for various parts of the SAP Business Network, Procurement, and Concur Organization.

• Assist in development and delivery of analytics solutions using cloud data.

• Gain a better understanding of business stakeholders to see how they use data, how data impacts their jobs, and how we contribute to a great customer experience.

• Learn how marketing, communications and user support are impactful in analytics.

• Gain a good mix of technical, business, process and analytical capabilities.

• Work with stakeholders to develop business solutions.

• Provide basic to intermediate technical production/applications support and assistance for customer issues.

• Works independently to gather information, pose workarounds, carry out necessary research, and provide an in-depth analysis to resolve production/application issues, customer requests and inquiries, escalating to a lead or manager when appropriate.

• Works in group or independently on side projects as needed and assigned.

• You are expected to work at least half US Eastern Time business hours.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 5 - 7 years experience with SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, SAC, SAP Datasphere
• Experience with SAP HANA performance tuning and optimization
• 3+ years experience with SAP SDI data replication
• 3+ years experience with ETL solutions
• Strong knowledge of SAP Concur, Business Network and Procurement Cloud solutions. • Understanding of data modelling concepts and best practices
• Experience with Business Intelligence solutions
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Proficiency in SQL or other relational database languages. Able to independently write SQL Stored Procedures.
• Understanding of SAP data warehousing solutions
• Understanding of IT Security Concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of data loading and transformation concepts
• Strong planner and organizer with demonstrated ability to master new concepts quickly, incorporate the latest technologies and develop business solutions that increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability. • Superior written / communication skills and focus on detail.
• Experience working in an agile team environment.
