WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a particular strength in driving clarity and alignment for executive and cross-functional audiences. They should have the ability to use data to tell a story and influence decisions and actions.

• Experience in leading, motivating, and developing a large team.

• Adept at understanding and handling matrix trade-offs to drive action with appropriate urgency.

• Financial competence, understanding of retail KPIs and concepts, and impact of inventory on the Nike P&L.

• Foundational understanding of a physical supply chain and end-to-end inventory management.

• Experience in planning, supply chain or related fields.

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters Preferred

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Lead the Inventory Management & Operations team for EMEA, driving long-term strategy and overseeing inventory forecasting and performance management. You will collaborate across functions to ensure effective inventory monitoring and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Nike-Owned Inventory Forecasting process across 6 seasons.

• Partner with Finance Team for monthly and quarterly financial updates.

• Drive EMEA Inventory Performance Management and actions.

• Monitor and execute excess inventory strategies, including closeout and aged inventory.
