Responsibilities

Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools.

Perform or guide others on complex development of new concepts, techniques and standards that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation.

Receives feedback openly from others post implementation of learningexperiences.

Adapts to change within the organization with guidance fromothers.

Willingly shares knowledge and information on his/her workarea.

Perform Quality assurance on special projects and remediation activities

Thorough understanding of the upstream and downstream processes

Will serve as a single point of contact for the dedicated program & will keep track of the BAU and assist less trained staff on process queries

Will perform reviews as a SME/ Internal PoC for escalated cases

Works closely with the consultants to identify process gaps and ways to solution

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or economics.
• Experience of more than 6+ years
• Knowledge in Risk management
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to translate and summarize complex issues into understandable information
• Experience preparing reporting, metrics and presentation materials for various levels of leadership.
