Senior Software Technologist - Cloud (AWS)
Analyses, designs, tests, codes, secures, debugs, modifies, deploys, integrates and maintains (system) software enhancements, test environment and/or new software. Uses state-of-the-art technologies and practices. Interacts with users / product owners to define / adjust requirements and/or necessary modifications. Keeps abreast of technical developments and practices in own field through literature, courses/trainings, technical contacts, and competitive environment. Applies agile software development methods as a member of agile teams.
Your Role:
- Design, Implement and manage the PACS solution on the cloud
 - Lead the modernization of the current stack to AWS hosted with a phased migration towards a cloud-native architecture
 - Monitor and optimize the performance and cost of AWS resources.
 - Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance requirements within the AWS environment.
 - Troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborating with operations teams.
 - Participate in on-call rotation for critical support.
 - Document solution configurations and procedures.
 
You are fit if:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
 - 7-10 years of experience in application development using C++, C#.net
 - 2+ years of experience in AWS related technologies
 - Good understanding of DevOps processes and tools
 - Knowledge of scripting languages
 - Strong problem-solving, multitasking and organizational skills.
 - Demonstrable experience of working on a team that is geographically dispersed.
 - Good written and verbal communication skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud Certification (AWS)
 - Experience of working in Healthcare Informatics solutions
 - Experience with Container technologies
 - Experience working in Linux environment
 
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
