Data Expertise:You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field, coupled with 0-3 years of experience applying analytical methods common to social sciences to generate insights in the HR domain.
Analytical Skills:You're fluent in data analysis and wrangling techniques, particularly with R and Python and have experience with packages focusing on machine learning and gen AI. Experience with Qualtrics is a strong plus, as this is one of our core tools to gather and share employee experience data across SAP.
Communication skills: You can translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences, helping us to drive action with our insights.
Fluency in English and Germanis essential
