• Identification of new business opportunities for our range of Glass Bubbles.

• Cultivating existing accounts and building relationships to maximize future growth potential.

• Identification and monitoring of market trends, opportunities and risks within the target market sectors.

• Maintaining highest level of business compliance and quality standards.

Your Skills and Expertise:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Extensive sales experience and successful record of attracting new customers within the high-tech product sector
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of at least two of our key target markets: Construction, Automotive, Energy.
  • Background of specification-driven selling within a highly technical, materials science business.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to form strong relationships with internal and externalcustomers/stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems to their full potential, with a preference for experience in Salesforce.com
  • Technical/EngineeringDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar materials science qualification.
