What you’ll bring
Multiple (4+) year experience in product management is needed for this senior level role. Ideally you have gathered this experience either in a product role within an SSP or DSP, or within an adtech company within the programmatic advertising space.
Highly organized person with strong project management capabilities, who can set priorities to deliver projects on-time and within scope. Experience with different agile methodologies will be helpful to create an optimal working environment that is high performing.
Proven analytical skills, bring a data-led, metrics-focused approach to solving problems.
Capable of discussing technical aspects of the products and requirements with engineering teams, feel comfortable in complex, multi-interfaces systems.
A strong, trustworthy character with the ability to inspire both team members to think outside the box and view the world differently. An energetic and engaging figure that people enjoy working with. A natural team player who has an inclusive approach but also the leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of programmatic advertising and Real Time Bidding. Experience in a product-related role within an adtech company is a definite plus.
