CNS - Risk - Technology Risk :
Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans and policies for ITAM lifecycle management to optimize asset utilization, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Asset Procurement: Provide inputs to procurement teams by defining requirements.
Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor the lifecycle of IT assets, including warranties, licenses, leases, and maintenance agreements, to ensure timely renewals, upgrades, or replacements as needed.
Asset Retirement: Develop and execute processes for the retirement and disposal of IT assets, including data sanitization, decommissioning, recycling, or resale, in compliance with environmental and security regulations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, finance, procurement, legal, and compliance teams, to align ITAM practices with organizational goals and requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization in ITAM lifecycle management practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with industry best practices.

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Certified Asset Management Professional) is a plus.
Strong understanding of ITAM principles, methodologies, and best practices, with proficiency in ITAM tools and software platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Flexera).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ITAM lifecycle management processes.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IT asset management, procurement, and disposal, such as ISO 19770 and GDPR.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
12+ years of experience overall with Proven experience in IT asset management, procurement, or lifecycle management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
