What you will be doing:

• Work with Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams to develop the most robust test solution for mass production

• Developing test plans and coverage for future / current products

• Work with process groups to improve or resolve test/yield/quality issues after release

• improve coverage and test time using Smart calibration and screening methodologies

• HW lab hands-on debug

• Full responsibility for electrical specification, schematic design, components selection, and layout considerations for our testing platforms

What we need to see:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering

• 5+ years of experience as a HW Test Engineer

• Experience with Digital circuits, Power, and High-speed design

• Good understanding of product/test HW/Test software/Mechanical integration

• Strong statistical and data analysis background (JMP or other tools)

• Expert problem-solving, multi-tasking, and prioritization ability

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, Ability to drive projects to full execution, Self-Learner, Great teammate

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Power circuits and filter design

• Background with electro-optical devices (Lasers and Detectors)

• Familiarity with high-speed fiber optics products and assembly lines

• Experience with IC Lab measurements using source meter, Scope, spectrum analyzer, optical power meter, etc.
