Role Overview:
The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for facilitating both customer and partner opportunities in our SMB Landscape on an overlay basis. You will support a set number of Major Account Managers on deals under $30K USD. This role is designed to assist you in developing the skills required to progress your sales career at Fortinet.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end sales process for low to mid-range opportunities on behalf of supported account managers (net new business, incumbent accounts).
- Build relationships across internal/external customers and partner network to drive sales and Fortinet brand.
- Responsible for QoQ revenue growth within SMB customer base (focused on sub $30K revenue sector).
- Driving initiatives with partners in conjunction with Account Managers to generate leads and revenue. i.e CTAP.
- Providing commercial support to ensure successful conversion to sale.
- SFDC pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.

- Bring creative ideas to the fast growing & evolving business.
Requirements:
- Experience building business with partners & customers from an inside position.
- Excellent communications internally, corporation-wide and externally.
- Familiar with Fortinet’s products and services preferred.
- Basic understanding of IT networking fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of WI-FI and its’ use in the market.
- Must have experience in working in a fast pace environment with revenue responsibilities.
