Content Calendar Management: Maintain a detailed content calendar for publishing schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate content releases.
Quality Assurance and Testing: Conduct QA and testing of new content and feature localizations, including campaigns and ongoing website updates.
Identify and resolve any localization issues to maintain high standards of content quality.
Training and Support:
Provide training for markets on CMS and localization tools, including Storyblock and user rights management.
Support daily troubleshooting requests from various markets, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of issues.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant coursework and certifications in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, graphic design, and multimedia production
3-5 years of experience in content creation and digital strategy.
Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia content creation software.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
