What you’ll do

As Compliance Engineering Sr. Security Specialist / Security Expert (f/m/d) you will:

• Design architecture concepts for compliance and data privacy services for our team as well as in the context of CPA.
• Consult and support consuming development units with architecture concepts, services, guidelines, and best practices with regards to compliance and data privacy.
• Drive strategic compliance and data privacy-related topics and author architecture concepts to enhance our offering towards the North Star Architecture.
• Provide guidance for integration with Compliance and Data Privacy Services to consuming SAP stakeholders to provide a unified service experience.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in software development with 2+ years of experience in architecture work.
• Advanced technical skills and experience with JAVA, HANA, BTP, and UI5/Fiori must be hands-on with knowledge of cloud and web-based applications.
• Knowledge of building and running BPT services, knowledge about BTP services, and familiarity with the BTP environment.
• Architecture skills for cloud development and integration tasks.
• Background regarding Compliance and Data Privacy regulations and area specific regulations as well as experience in Compliance and Data Protection & Privacy.
• Strong focus on quality and goal-oriented behavior. Be a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and to work on different activities simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
• Fluent English language skills; German language skills are beneficial.
