Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience leading cross-functional change initiatives in an enterprise organization or program management.
- Experience leading or managing programs while working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this role requires communication with United States and Canada based partners in English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the design and delivery of in-person Change Management training programs and in creating virtual Change Management training modules.
- Knowledge of the Prosci Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) methodology or other organizational change management methodologies.
- Ability to execute on creating business key messages, enablement/training materials, measuring adoption and managing resistance to change.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative and non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
- Excellent people management, influencing, and verbal and written communication skills.
