Clinical Trainer II at Align is responsible for teaching dental professionals how to effectively learn and operate a complex and highly sensitive digital impression scanner. Through instructor led training, this professional will educate dentists and their staff on advanced dental treatments and comprehensive clinical solutions. Upon completion of the training, the learners should be confident using the digital impression system and the new technology should be fully incorporated into the dental practice’s daily workflow.In this role, you will…
• Provide initial and ongoing trainings for new and existing customers on the iTero product line virtual training for customers.
• Use technology to provide virtual classroom training and training support.
• Predominantly provide virtual training sessions for customers
• Provide Follow up sessions actively and address action item
• Deploy all modules of training session.
• Implement the lesson plan effectively and on time.
• Deploy training for actual portfolio for internal clients (Sales, Channels, etc.)
• Development of materials to improve the training session and area
• Works on problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
• Provide effective feedback for corrective and preventive actions
• Expanding knowledge of related disciplinary area
• Builds productive internal/external working relationships
• Book travel and within company guidelines, as needed.

In this role, you’ll need …
• Bachelor of Dentistry or Dental Technician is desirable
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience with medical device/health equipment
• May develop at this level for 2-3 years
• Daily virtual interaction (Teams Platform, Twilio and TeamViewer)
• Proficient constructive communication, Teamwork & Collaboration and relationship management
• Strong sense of urgency and time management
• Demonstrates knowledge of local, regional and national industry insights.
• Understanding customer’s key performance indicators (KPI) and propose changes
• Adept at building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
• Strong self-awareness, resilience and empathy
• Proficient social and emotional intelligence, creativity and innovation
• Build integrated solutions with other areas
• Native speaker is mandatory. Intermediary English. Spanish desirable.
